Can I modify or cancel my order?

We strive to provide you with the fastest shipping and most accurate order humanly possible therefore once an order is placed we will not be able to cancel or alter that order. Just make sure to double check your cart prior to checking out. Just be aware that our shipping department is top of the line so you will receive your order surprisingly fast.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely! Just be sure to consistently check the site for it's availability or contact us at HelpGraceFluency@gmail.com for more accurate information. Keep in mind that we will be constantly growing and adding new items so keep an eye out!

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

What kinds of shipping options do you offer?

Where are shipping destinations?

We offer shipping to all 50 US states, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please contact us with any questions. 

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Track your package with the order number and email address used for your order.

My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a delivery, contact us. We are here to help!
